When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. When you use voice recording features, audio is processed in real-time by our AI service to generate invoice content. We do not store your voice recordings.

- To provide and maintain the EasyInvoice service
- To process voice recordings into invoice/quote content
- To manage your account and credit balance
- To send important service updates
3. Data Storage
Your account data (email, credit balance) is stored securely using Google Firebase. All personal and business data — including invoices, quotes, and client information — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your invoices or client data on our servers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase — Authentication and user data storage
- Paddle — Payment processing
- Groq — Voice-to-text and AI processing
Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase Authentication, and Firestore security rules to protect your data.
6. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Since invoices are stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes all invoice data.
