Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Subscription Payments
All subscription payments made to EasyInvoice are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed for a billing period, we are unable to issue a refund for that period, whether in full or in part.
2. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page within the app. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all Pro features until that date
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your account will revert to the free tier once the billing period ends
3. Free Trial Credits
New accounts receive free credits to try EasyInvoice before subscribing. These credits are provided at no cost and are non-transferable.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g. duplicate charges or charges after a successful cancellation), please contact us through the in-app feedback feature. We will investigate and resolve any legitimate billing errors promptly.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
