By downloading, installing, or using the EasyInvoice application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EasyInvoice is a mobile application that allows users to create professional invoices and quotes using voice recording and AI processing. The service operates on a credit-based system.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use EasyInvoice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• New accounts receive 10 free credits
• Each invoice or quote generation uses 1 credit
• Additional credits can be purchased through the App
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credits do not expire

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Create fraudulent invoices or quotes

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, features, and functionality are owned by EasyInvoice and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Invoices and quotes you create are your property.

7. Disclaimer

EasyInvoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all invoices and quotes before sending them to clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

EasyInvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits or inaccurate invoice content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
